Senior Account Manager,  International Exhibition and Conference Centre

Client Profile

Senior Account Manager, International Exhibtion and Conference Centre, home to a vast range of events from international acclaimed exhibitions to sporting spectacles and large corporate events.

Job Specification

This role is to proactively generate new business and to develop existing accounts within the corporate market, through pro-active sales approaches.  Targeting clients with a high revenue spend for events.  You must professionally manage the client relationship from initial enquiry to post event.  This job also involves attending networking events and industy related conferences as required by Head of Sales. You must be able to meet and exceed individual and company financial targets.


Personal Specification

The successful candidate must have a proven sales record, have experience in consultative selling and accute commercial awareness.  They must be results orientated and customer focused, as well as being confident in presenting.  Previous success working in a similarly demanding and high profile sales role is essential.  Knowledge and experience of designing, developing and selling complex conference solutions within the Events Industry is desirable.

Remuneration

Salary circa £40K basic plus bonus and other benefits.
