Client Profile

A 4 star hotel in the centre of Liverpool.  Over 180 rooms, modern interior and elegantly designed rooms.

Job Specification

My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager. You will be managing 1 other person in the department, delivering training, developing training programmes for all hotel staff. You must have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to offer advice to the General Manager and head of departments. Experience in disciplinary’s and grievance. You will someone who is a self starter and confident to make your own decisions.

Person Specification

  • Experienced Human Resources Manager
  • Hotel / hospitality background
  • 4 star hotel experience in a hotel with at least 120 rooms
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong understanding of Employment law
  • Well presented
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work with people at all levels

Remuneration

£25K  - £30K + bonus
