Job Specification
My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager. You will be managing 1 other person in the department, delivering training, developing training programmes for all hotel staff. You must have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to offer advice to the General Manager and head of departments. Experience in disciplinary’s and grievance. You will someone who is a self starter and confident to make your own decisions.
Person Specification
- Experienced Human Resources Manager
- Hotel / hospitality background
- 4 star hotel experience in a hotel with at least 120 rooms
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of Employment law
- Well presented
- Excellent people skills and ability to work with people at all levels
Remuneration
£25K - £30K + bonus
