An well know branded 4 star hotel.  This hotel has over 200 rooms and large conference facilities.

Job Specification

My client is seeking an Operations manager with ideally a rooms background. The role is overseeing Front office, revenue as well and Food and Beverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in yield management and rooms. You will have passion and energy for the industry and hungry to be successful. You will have excellent man management skills, customer service skills and a good understanding of the financial elements of a hotel.

Person Specification

• Ideally an experienced Operations Manager
• Experience in budgets and yield management
• Rooms background ideally
• Strong financial understanding
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good people skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills

Remuneration

£30 - £33K + bonus
