Client Profile
Our client offers a prestigious collection hotels through the world.
Job Specification
- Identify new MICE clients from assigned territories to maximise sales potential
- Maintain and develop existing clients to achieve optimum market share and yield
- Develop relationships with main decision-makers within market segment
- Implementation of account development plans for top 20 accounts with targeted activities and revenue goal
- Attend key MICE Trade Fairs within the region i.e. IMEX to represent the hotels
- Showcase the hotels to both existing and new clients by planning and implementing fam trips and site inspections
- To ensure the fulfillment of targeted sales call levels to existing and prospect clients is achieved.(10 per week)
- Assist the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing with formulation of the annual sales and marketing plan providing market intelligence where required
Person Specification
- Strong account manager with MICE experience either in a Regional Sales Office our on property
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Strong financial acumen in relation to hotel budgets/operating profits etc
- Good team player
- Highly organized and self sufficient
- Outgoing, confident, good relationship builder
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
Remuneration
£30/33K, bonus and company car
