Job Specification

A General Manager that is able to take full control of this Restaurant Business. You will have previous General Management experience with proven track results of driving your Business, Managing a “top notch” team and driving sales through consistency, service and standards.

Person Specification

• You will need a sharp sense of commercial awareness, a sound interest in customer satisfaction and hospitality and the capacity to manage effective systems and processes.
• The role will require a dedicated and personable individual who doesn’t mind being hands on but also understands when to stand back and allow your team ownership.
• Experience of team management and the ability to cultivate team members and build productive relationships.
• Experience in generating sales and being comfortable in dealing with change are essential to your success in this role.

Remuneration
